- Send it in or drop it off at our Papakura store (by appointment). Your price is held while you do.
- We check it and confirm the price. If the condition is different, you choose: accept the new price or get it back free.
- Get paid by bank transfer or store credit.
What happens to your device
Working devices are checked, data-erased and graded, then go to a new owner – often someone who wouldn’t have bought new. That keeps a good device in use for longer instead of a new one being made.
Before you send it
- Back up your photos and files.
- Sign out of Apple ID / iCloud (turn off Find My), Google or Samsung accounts.
- Remove your SIM card and any passcode.
