Open box
New and unused, but the box has been opened (for example a return or a display unit). Works like new.
Excellent
Looks like new. No scratches or marks you can see at normal viewing distance.
Very good
Very light signs of use that are hard to spot. Screen has no cracks.
Good
Light scratches or marks you can see. Screen has no cracks.
Fair
Clear scratches, dents or worn edges. Screen has no cracks. A good choice if price matters more than looks.
