Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Techsite, a trading name of AB Communication & Repair Ltd, 6 Queen Street, Papakura, Auckland 2110 (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and condition

• We sell new and pre-owned devices. Each listing shows the model, storage, colour and condition grade; see our grading guide.
• Pre-owned devices are one-offs and can sell out. If an item sells out after you order, we will tell you and refund you in full.
• Photos marked “illustration” show the model and colour and are not photos of the actual device.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
• Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed. If a price is clearly wrong (for example a typing error) we will contact you before sending, and you may cancel for a full refund.

Delivery and pick-up

See our shipping policy. Pick-ups from our Papakura store are by appointment only. The device is your responsibility once it has been delivered to your address or collected.

Returns and warranty

See our return and refund policy: a 14-day change-of-mind return and a 6-month warranty on pre-owned devices.

Your rights under New Zealand law

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If you buy for a business, different rules may apply.

Selling your device to us

Trade-in and buy-back offers have their own terms, shown when you get your price on our Sell your device page.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect loss, such as lost data or lost profits. Please back up your data before sending a device to us for a return or repair.
