Delivery within New Zealand
We send orders NZ-wide by tracked courier.
- FREE tracked delivery on orders of $99 or more, anywhere in New Zealand.
- Orders under $99: $10 to the North Island, $12 to the South Island.
- We send your order once payment is confirmed, and email you the tracking number.
- Delivery times depend on the courier and your address; rural addresses can take longer.
- Please check your delivery address at checkout. If it needs changing, email us straight away before the order is sent.
Pick up from our Papakura store – by appointment
You can choose to collect your order from 6 Queen Street, Papakura, Auckland 2110. Pick-ups are by appointment only: we will email you to confirm a time once your order is ready. Please bring your order number and photo ID.

Online orders are delivered within New Zealand only. For overseas orders, email support@techsite.co.nz.
Problems with delivery
If your parcel arrives damaged, or hasn’t arrived when tracking says it should have, email us with your order number and we will sort it out with the courier.

14-day change of mind
Changed your mind? You can return an item within 14 days of delivery or collection for a refund, as long as:
- it is in the same condition you received it, with no new marks or damage;
- it comes back with everything it came with (box, cables, accessories, paperwork);
- your Apple ID / iCloud (Find My), Google or Samsung account is signed out and any passcode removed.
Email us first with your order number so we can tell you where to send it. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of sending the item back is yours; please use a tracked service. We refund to your original payment method once we have received and checked the item.
Faulty items
If something is wrong with your item, email us with your order number and a short description of the problem. Faulty items are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and we cover the cost of returning a faulty item to us. Depending on the problem we will repair, replace or refund it, as the Act sets out. See Consumer Guarantees Act – your rights.
6-month Techsite warranty on pre-owned devices
Every pre-owned and refurbished device we sell comes with a 6-month Techsite warranty from the day you receive it. If the device develops a fault in normal use during that time, we will repair it, replace it or refund you.
The warranty does not cover:
- accidental damage, such as drops, cracked screens or glass, and liquid damage;
- damage from repairs or opening of the device by anyone other than Techsite;
- problems caused by software changes such as jailbreaking or rooting;
- loss or theft, or an account lock added after the sale;
- normal cosmetic wear after purchase, and the gradual loss of battery capacity that comes with normal use. A battery that fails is covered.
Brand-new devices come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Our warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act; nothing on this page limits those rights.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few working days to show it.

Yes. Every pre-owned device is checked before it goes on sale, and the previous owner’s accounts are removed and their data erased.
